How to Connect

Create a SIP trunk in 3CX
Go to SIP Trunks in the 3CX Management Console and add a new Generic SIP Trunk.

Enter DIDfarm credentials
Set the Registrar/Server to sip.didfarm.com, enter your Auth ID (username) and password from the credentials shown below.

Configure inbound routes
Create inbound rules to route your DIDfarm numbers to extensions, ring groups, or IVR menus.

Test the connection
Check the trunk status in 3CX — it should show as Registered. Make a test call to verify.
Requirements
- 3CX v18 or later
- Admin access to 3CX Management Console
- Network access to sip.didfarm.com on port 5060
- At least one DIDfarm number
Trunk Configuration
When you connect, a SIP trunk is created with these optimized defaults:

Post-Setup Checklist
- Trunk shows Registered in 3CX Management Console
