How to Connect

Create a DIDfarm SIP trunk
Click Connect to create a trunk for 8x8 X Series.

Contact 8x8 to enable BYOC
Reach out to your 8x8 account manager to enable BYOC and provide your DIDfarm SIP trunk credentials.

Configure number routing
Map your DIDfarm numbers to 8x8 users, ring groups, or contact center queues.

Test
Make test calls to verify inbound and outbound routing.
