How to Connect

Create SIP Line in IP Office Manager
Open IP Office Manager, navigate to Lines, and create a new SIP Line with ITSP Domain set to sip.didfarm.com.

Configure credentials
Enter your DIDfarm username and password in the SIP Credentials tab of the SIP Line configuration.

Set up incoming call routes
Create incoming call routes matching your DIDfarm numbers to extensions, hunt groups, or auto attendants.

Merge config and test
Send the configuration to the IP Office system. Verify trunk registration and make test calls.
Requirements
- Avaya IP Office R11 or later
- Admin access to IP Office Manager
- Network reachability to sip.didfarm.com
- At least one DIDfarm number
