How to Connect

Connect your Dynamics 365 account
Click Connect below to authorize DIDfarm with your Dynamics 365 organization via Azure AD OAuth.

Configure entity mapping
Select which Dynamics entities to match (Contacts, Accounts, Leads) and set default Phone Call activity fields.

Test integration
Make a test call and verify the Phone Call activity appears in Dynamics 365 linked to the correct record.

- Azure AD admin access for app registration
- At least one active DIDfarm SIP trunk
- DIDfarm numbers with active call routing
