How to Connect

Create a DIDfarm SIP trunk
Click Connect below to create a trunk with TLS transport optimized for Teams Direct Routing.

Configure your SBC
Point your SBC upstream trunk to sip.didfarm.com using the credentials provided. Configure the downstream trunk toward Microsoft Teams.

Set up Direct Routing in Teams Admin
Add your SBC FQDN in Teams Admin Center under Voice > Direct Routing. Create voice routing policies.

Assign numbers to users
Assign DIDfarm numbers to Teams users via PowerShell or Teams Admin Center.
Requirements
- Microsoft 365 with Teams Phone System licenses
- A certified Session Border Controller (SBC)
- Public DNS and TLS certificate for SBC domain
- At least one DIDfarm number
