How to Connect

Connect your Salesforce account
Click Connect below to authorize DIDfarm with your Salesforce org via OAuth.

Configure call logging preferences
Choose which call types to log (inbound, outbound, missed) and select default task fields.

Enable screen pop (optional)
Install the DIDfarm Salesforce package to enable caller screen pops in the Service Console.

Test with a call
Make a test call and verify the Task record appears in Salesforce with correct details.
Requirements
- Salesforce Enterprise Edition or higher
- Salesforce admin access for Connected App setup
- At least one active DIDfarm SIP trunk
- DIDfarm numbers with active call routing
