How to Connect

Create a DIDfarm SIP trunk
Click Connect below to create a trunk for Talkdesk.

Configure BYOC in Talkdesk
Add your DIDfarm trunk details in Talkdesk Admin under Connections > BYOC.

Assign numbers
Map your DIDfarm numbers to Talkdesk flows and agents.

Test inbound calls
Call your DIDfarm number to verify it routes correctly to your Talkdesk contact center.

- Talkdesk account with BYOC enabled
- Talkdesk admin access
- At least one DIDfarm number
