Configure PhoneBridge
DIDfarm will be registered as a telephony provider in Zoho PhoneBridge automatically.

Set up call logging rules
Choose which call types to log and configure default activity fields.

Test integration
Make a test call and verify the activity appears in Zoho CRM.

- At least one active DIDfarm SIP trunk
- DIDfarm numbers with active call routing
